Great product, great local people
We decided on Luxaflex for our new home bedrooms and found Greater Western Shades now have a small showroom in Katoomba. Waseem was so easy to deal with, clear, helpful and knowledgable. He made multiple trips to our house so that we could see the colours with the light, sun and shadow in our particular space. Nothing was a bother. Waseems office assistant at Greater Western Shades Penrith was my first contact with the company and she was also efficient, pleasant and helpful. Ray, who installed our blinds was prompt, respectful, efficient and mindful of being clean particularly as he was working in our bedrooms and around beds. We are enjoying being able to shop locally again in the upper Blue Mountains and its a real pleasure to deal with people who care.

This is the first time that we have…
This is the first time that we have been to Luxaflex. We had two EVO-PIVOT blinds installed and two PolySatin Shutters installed. We found that Waseem did a great job with the quote for both. This was followed up by two teams who did the final measure for both the blinds and the shutters. They returned when these were ready and the two teams installed the blinds and the shutters. All were excellent in their different roles and we are very happy with the end result. Congratulations!!

Every aspect of our experience with Luxaflex has been outstanding! The initial consultation was conducted in a sensitive way. There was a genuine desire to meet our needs- not just sell a product. The communication with the client is excellent at every stage. The quality of the product is brilliant and serves our purposes perfectly. The after sales service has been wonderful. There is a same day response to questions and requests for help. Waseem has come to our home a number of times to help us as we have learnt to use our new blinds, always courteous, kind and not satisfied until the question has been answered or the problem solved to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the products and the service. We would not hesitate to recommend Luxaflex and the Duette blinds we have had installed throughout our home.
The three man team arrived to install…
The three man team arrived to install our blind for the patio. The were very friendly and within thirty minutes had installed the blind and instructed me how to use it. The blind itself has added shade to the western side of our patio and will be enjoyed as we utilise it. My wife and I are very happy with our Luxaflex blind and as we have other Luxaflex blinds inside the house will always recommend the company’s products.

Extremely satisfied.
Although somewhat slow in coming due to the Covid 19 pandemic we have been extremely pleased with the duette blinds we have purchased. The measuring by Waseem was perfect and no adjustments to fit were required at all. What has really impressed us was the after sales service. The automation for four of our blinds from the app needed some tweaking due to interference in connecting to the hub and no end of trouble and time was had by Waseem to make sure it was working. The blinds have truly achieved the purpose for which they were purchased especially with our block out ones on the western side of the house. This was proven without a shadow of doubt when we had a 41° day this week. The house was cool which is something quite different to previous days with temperatures that were similar. We are very happy with the product and service.

Could highly recommend Luxaflex In the past four months we have had Shutters and blinds installed bu Luxaflex at Penrith. The service was prompt and professional. We were provided with samples at our home and advice provided on what would best suit our needs. A second measure was taken and John, our installer was excellent. The quality is top class and we are extremely happy.
